Dante's Heart

Exclusive Film Featurette:
A Day on the Set of "Titania"
Lisa Stock, Writer & Director
Lisa Stock, the director of the upcoming independent film trilogy
Medisaga, is now overseeing postproduction on the first shoot for Titania,
the trilogy's initial chapter. Stock has generously offered us an exclusive
featurette on the making of the scene and the film. The scene itself will be
available in full in September. During the clip, actual footage from the film
is marked "low res raw footage."
For a Streaming Version
We have also made a lower-resolution streaming version (that loads
immediately) of the featurette available on YouTube here. You are also
welcome to let this higher-resolution version load more slowly here while you
browse Issue 2. We hope you enjoy the featurette!
Review
To quote from a review originally posted on the Dante's Heart blog:
"The promise of Medisaga is that through the three films, the protagonist
'will learn what it takes to finally be whole again,' as a woman who has
passed through grief, suffering, captivity, loss.... Lisa Stock's work
recurrently addresses the questions of the woman's journey, recognizing in
the heritage of fairy tales, with their feminine protagonists and their
examination of the crises of a woman's life, a vehicle for exploring and
celebrating the growth of a woman."
