Su Blackwell's Windows

Perhaps no faery queen could have so enspelled me, and I caught up my
camera to capture it all, knowing this world could only last a little while. I went
back a number of times and was delighted to find my friends in Edinburgh
as well, several weeks later. Su Blackwell accomplished a rare thing by
creating a noble and visual portrait of a faery world, autonomous in its own
landscape in the center of these very hectic and modern metropolises, so
that it seemed drawn out of this human life to enthrall it and then return to
the other side.
In my pictures I have tried to catch some of that magic and show how it
evokes and is evoked by our modern world.
